Are your items official?
Yes. All items are sourced from Official sources or Verified Re-Sellers. Everything is sourced from Korea and go through official channels to get to us.
How do I get in touch?
You can use our Contact Us page found at the bottom of every page on this site to send us a message. Alternatively you can find us on Instagram and DM a message there.
Where is my order?
Orders containing only in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.
For orders that include pre-order products, shipment will be made once all pre-order items have been released and received from Korea. Please note that pre-order items generally ship approximately 3–4 weeks after their official release date.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and some delivery services may require a signature upon arrival depending on the destination and shipping option selected. Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders allow you to reserve your merch before it's actually arrived in the UK.
The release date shown on each product page refers to the item’s release in Korea, not the date it will be shipped by us.
Following release, stock is typically delivered to us from Korea within 2–3 weeks. As soon as this is received by us, your order will be packed and dispatched. Orders containing multiple pre-order items will be shipped together once every item has arrived.
When your order has been sent, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.
How much is shipping?
All shipping costs are calculated at the point of Checkout. Once stated, this price won't change so there are no hidden fees or extras.
How long is Delivery?
All items are posted using Royal Mail's 24 hour Tracked Delivery Service. Once your item is ordered, it will be packaged, labelled and handed to Royal Mail within 24 hours. You should have your package no later than 2 Business Days from ordering.
How can I pay?
We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. this includes, PayPal, credit and debit cards and Shop Pay.
All transactions are fully encrypted and processed securely, your payment information stays safe.
