Shipping Policy

1. General Information

Bora Yong ships K-pop merchandise throughout the United Kingdom and Europe using Royal Mail services. Every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to help ensure items arrive safely and in excellent condition.


2. Customer Address Information

Customers must ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete, including the recipient’s full name, address, and contact information.

Bora Yong is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer. Any additional shipping or replacement costs arising from such errors may be charged to the customer.


3. Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Any upcoming disruptions to service will be announced ahead of schedule on the website and social media accounts. If there is any significant delay, customers will be informed as soon as possible.


4. Packaging Standards

To protect items during transit, all items are packed in an appropriately sized box and secured with bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage. Photocards are placed inside rigid top loaders and sealed between cardboard for delivery. 


5. Delivery Services

United Kingdom Deliveries

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services, Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24.

The delivery method used will be selected by Bora Yong based on the order type and value. All services include online tracking from dispatch through delivery.

European Union Deliveries

We ship to all 27 EU member states via Royal Mail International Tracked. Rates vary by region:

  • Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland) — £12.00
  • Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta) — £13.50
  • Nordic (Sweden, Denmark, Finland) — £14.00
  • Central & Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria) — £14.00

A tracking number will be provided for all EU orders.


6. Tracking Details

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Shipments can be monitored through the Royal Mail online tracking service.


7. Delivery Estimates

Once an order has been accepted by Royal Mail, tracking details and an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided.

Delivery estimates are intended as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. Bora Yong is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.


8. Missing or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, customers should contact customer support for assistance. Please note that Royal Mail requires a waiting period before a shipment can officially be treated as lost and investigated.

After the relevant waiting period has passed, Bora Yong will work with Royal Mail to investigate the shipment. Bora Yong is not liable for delays or losses caused by postal services or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.


9. Service Disruptions

While Bora Yong aims to dispatch all orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to events beyond our control. These may include severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, or public holidays.
